With over 25 years of experience in the development industry, Simon White specializes in high-density residential projects and brings a design-focused approach to development consultancy that is rooted in real-world expertise. As a qualified architect, Simon has a successful background that includes running his own architectural practice, serving as the Head of Design at Australia’s premier residential developer, and currently holds advisory positions on both the Brisbane City Council and Queensland Government design panels, where he oversees several city and state significant projects. Simon is a non-practicing architect and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Queensland University of Technology and is an accredited EnviroDevelop professional.

Will Glasson is an experienced professional in Brisbane’s property development industry, with a track record of successfully managing a wide range of projects, including high-rise residential towers and complex public realm initiatives situated beneath Queensland state government assets. His design-led approach to project management gives him the unique ability to drive better design objectives whilst continuing to support efficient building outcomes. With a strong technical background in project management, Will previously served as a Construction & Project Manager at Australia’s premier residential developer and has prior experience at one of Brisbane’s largest private builders. Will studied Construction Management at the Queensland University of Technology.

Howard Tran is a development professional specialising in the strategic delivery of residential projects across the full development lifecycle; from acquisition and feasibility through to project positioning, sales strategy and settlement. With a background in leading sales, branding and marketing for one of Australia’s leading residential developers, Howard brings a rare blend of commercial rigour and market insight to development advisory, ensuring projects are aligned with both feasibility fundamentals and end-user demand. Howard has worked across more than fifteen high-density residential developments and holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology.
